Dairy

Our Jersey cows give delicious, nutritious, creamy milk and cream. The cows are on pasture during the growing season and are fed alfalfa, grass hay and a limited amount of organic corn and oats in the winter months. We give no antibiotics or growth hormones to our cows.

Many of the benefits in grass fed beef are also found in grass based milk. Because the milk is raw (unpasteurized) much of the value of beneficial bacteria is still contained in the milk. Many people who cannot drink pasteurized milk are able to enjoy raw milk.

We have several co-ops sharing the burden of picking up milk. Ask about one in your area.

Eggs

Our layer hens diet on green grass and insects in addition to high quality organic grains and supplements. These eggs are delicious and nutritious, high in Omega3 and Omega 6.

Pastured Broilers

The chickens’ bottomless pens are moved across the field daily, providing fresh grass and bugs! They also receive organic grains and mineral supplement.

Batches: May through October.

Beef

We work cooperatively with a local farmer to bring you beef from cattle which are grass-fed and finished, which means they are solely raised on diverse grasses, providing for leaner and healthier meat. Research shows that grass-fed cattle have higher contents of CLA’s, a natural cancer-fighter, and Omega-3. Available in cuts, quarters, halves or whole.

Honey

We offer raw, unfiltered honey from a local producer. His bees are kept on various farms in our area of the state. Raw honey has many health benefits and it tastes great!
